These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ozark Lake Rentals website and any direct bookings made through ozlakerental.com. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Reservations & Payment

All direct bookings require full payment via PayPal invoice within 24 hours of approval. Rates are in USD and include all applicable fees shown at checkout. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee
• 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund

We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Door codes are provided the day before your arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Responsibilities

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No pets unless explicitly pre-approved in writing
• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Please respect neighbors — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damages

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Ozark Lake Rentals LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the property, amenities, or surrounding area. Guests assume all risk associated with their stay, including use of pool, dock, and lake access areas.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miller County, Missouri.
